Brendan has always been obsessed with Halloweens and all things macabre, and combines that with his love of puppetry whenever possible!
In 2014 he had his first big crack at creature work creating the sight gag "owl cat" for the now cult status film Patchwork. In 2016 he put his skills to work on the low budget horror short Five Course Meal which went on to win more than 60 awards at horror film festivals across the world, including many accolades for Brendans work on the gruesome effects. He also created a 4 -foot man-eating tooth for bizarre indie horror short Central Dental along with the spewing blood effects throughout. He is the creator and director of the live interactive escape rooms Escape from Morbid Manor and Krampus, both of which have been were sold-out throughout their entire run . Brendan and his team at Puppet Stuff Canada continue to create gruesome and frightfully fun creations for haunted houses, escape rooms across Canada.
