Brendans affinity for visual story telling has put him at the helm of a number of unique projects for both stage and screen.
He created his first award winning film in High school, The Car Crash Project, which gained recognition at film festivals across Alberta and was subsequently distributed to schools across Canada by the Mothers Against Drunk Driving Association. Throughout his adult career he has produced a number of award winning short films, often utilizing puppets. He's also been other key roles in a number of award winning genre films, often directing and coordinating the special effects or puppet sequences. This includes the film Patchwork and the award winning short body-horror film Five Course Meal In live entertainment Brendan has directed numerous original puppet shows , as well as working as puppet coordinator or consultant for other companies. He is the director and creator of the popular CanScare interactive escape rooms Morbid Manor and Krampus: A Christmas Horror Escape Adventure, both of which were entirely sold out for the duration of their limited run, He is currently the director of live entertainment& Content Creation for Puppet Stuff Canada, overseeing all their stage and interactive entertainment offerings. |
