Brendan James Boyd (He/Him) is a puppeteer and filmmaker Alberta, Canada. His career so far has spanned from owning and operating a local puppetry company to being involved in major feature films and international television.
Brendan’s life long passion for puppetry eventually led to working with the Jim Henson Company on the Apple TV+ series Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock as a puppeteer and puppet fabricator. Brendan is the co-founder of Puppet Stuff Canada where he is the current Director of Live Entertainment & Content Creation. Outside of puppetry Brendan is an accomplished production designer and special effects artists and has won multiple awards for his work in the horror genre. d |

The AscentBrendan was part of the team of puppeteers who munipulated a 32 foot tall marionette as it climbed a 42 story building for the 2021 Beakerhead Festival
